Housing and winery in the Priorat Region
Modern interiors in a rural setting
The MINIM interior design studio executed both the planning of the building and the interior design of this old mill, which was turned into a house and a winery featuring one of the region´s finest wines. The restoration respected the original space and included a bold "sculpture-staircase" in order to organize the building internally.

Industrial loft in the heart of Barcelona
Interior design and recycling
It was an old printing press, on the floor of a building in the Centre of Barcelona Street, with about 800 m2 spread over two large plants. The assignment was to turn it into an estudio-vivienda, recycling the maximum number of elements, both the structure and the original furniture of the owner. The look had to be industrial, typical of the first American lofts.

The project of Interior design became a noble floor of the Barcelonian "Ensanche" housing modern, functional and comfortable, without losing the síngularidad of modernist architecture, or the strength of the original decorative elements on the floor.

Interior with a history in the Gotic
Architectural restoration
The basis of this project was truly exceptional: a housing incorporating ancient cloister with 500 years old and an intervention by Antoni Gaudí. Facing a similar challenge, the designers Elina Vilá and Agnès Blanch applied their project philosophy with the utmost rigor and restored and rehabilitated each of the original architectural elements. It is a modern restoration with and honest respect to history.

This stone house was built with the more traditional methods and the latest green technologies: solar plates, collecting rainwater and heat insulation. The proposed interior design project by MINIM have wanted to let uncovered all the structural elements to highlight the richness and texture of natural materials.

Diagonal Street Loft
The kitchen at the heart of housing
Barcelonan This loft is a good example of the working philosophy of MINIM interior design studio. The aim was to differentiate the original architectural elements from new ones and to maximize the space possibilities, placing the kitchen in the center of the house, completely open. The colors that predominate in the project: the duo black and white, with wooden surfaces.

This three-storey house is situated in a strategic location with fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea. The project of MINIM Interior wanted to provide an aesthetically sleek and modern housing, without stealing an iota of protagonism to the landscape that is filtered from each of the Windows.

The beach duplex
Free space to enjoy
The key of this duplex from the seafront of Badalona has been the distribution. MINIM has conceived the first floor as a loft, where be dining and kitchen make up a unique and very comfortable space that directs all the protagonism to the outdoor terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. A stairway of superscripted steps connected to the bedrooms on the second floor.

House on the coast of Barcelona
Contemporary design and touches of red
Minimalism based pieces of contemporary design and large areas of bright red color has made this house into a home with a modern aesthetic and very young. The garden entrance hosts a collection of different species of palms, which revolves around the entire house, with large windows to the sea in front and the mountains.

Duplex Paseo Bonanova
A great Duplex in Barcelona.
MINIM implemented this project in a duplex house in a newly built property in an exclusive area of Barcelona. We decided to unify three rooms in a unique space that is used as a lounge, kitchen and dining room. The space is very bright, and gives access to a wide terrace overlooking the city of Barcelona. Exclusive furniture from the best italian brands was used at the project.

Duplex in Eixample
Well connected environments
It had be reformed entirely a duplex of the Barcelonian "Ensanche" located on the corner of two streets. Studio MINIM project decided to eliminate superfluous spaces, redistribute again stays and use sliding panels that would communicate and visualize all the ground floor.
