MINIM has participated in the furnishing and lighting project of this apartment in the middle of Barcelona. ​​The restoration has been carried out by Marcos Catalan and Victor Bergnes. In order to follow the same design guidelines as the reform, the furniture has been chosen to make evident the skeleton that surrounds and modulates the content.

Some of the most outstanding pieces are Cassina's LC2 sofa, Carl Hansen's Safari armchair, e15's Backenzahn stool, the Circular table designed by Arne Jacobsen and edited by Fritz Hansen, Classicon's Tube Light floor lamp and the Cesta tabel lamp of Santa & Cole.
