Francesco Rota visits MINIM Barcelona on the occasion of his 25 years of collaboration with Paola Lenti

Barcelona

MINIM, historical partner of Paola Lenti in Spain, hosted the event celebration of 25 years of collaboration between the Italian company and its historical designer: Francesco Rota.

For this special occasion, the Milanese designer visited us and shared with all the attendees anecdotes and curiosities about such long-lived, representative, and award-winning pieces as the Linea or Float chaise-longue, the Atollo modular sofa, the Ami armchair, the Kiti chair or his most recent collection, Kiori.

Francesco Rota and Paola Lenti have formed one of the most prolific professional tandems in the design, creativity, and innovation industry since 1998 when they launched their first joint creations at the Maison et Objet fair in Paris: the Atollo sofa and the Linea chaise longue. Both were covered in felt and intended for indoor use. Throughout these 25 years, Lenti has focused on a strong commitment to the development of new materials and Rota has shaped them through its designs.

Together, she from research and he from furniture design, they have consolidated the unique style of Paola Lenti. A style that has redefined the standards of outdoor furniture.
