We are looking for a PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
for our stores in Madrid (MINIM Madrid and bulthaup claudio coello):

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s level - or similar - in administration, finance and budgeting, systems and procedures.
· Minimum of years 2 years experience in administrative support and technical experience 
· Communication skills
· Dynamic, decisive and organized person
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected

Functions:
· Creation of budgets for clients
· Placement of orders and subsequent follow-up
· Management of delivery times
· Preparation and registration of invoices
· Collection and purchase order management
· Control of the stock in our warehouses
